Returns

We accept returns for medical equipment within 30 days of purchase, as long as the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
• The item must be in resalable condition.
• The item must not be a special order or custom-made item.
• The item must not be a sterile item that has been opened or used.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Prescription medical devices
• Durable medical equipment (DME)
• Custom-made medical devices
• Sterile medical devices that have been opened or used
• Medical devices that have been damaged or altered

To Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at vyindustriesindia@gmail.com or 98124-33322. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

• We recommend that you ship the returned item with a tracking number and insurance.
• Please note that we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items.
